Historically, our firm has been focused on providing a wide variety of legal services, always with an emphasis on client-focused work and social justice and have made that our ethos for 10 rewarding and successful years. However, all great things must come to an end (or so they say). With that, we announce that partner, Tonia Grace, is heading for retirement after 25+ years in practice. Her dedication to her clients and commitment to justice in litigation and administrative matters has made an impact in many lives over the years and her contribution to the legal community will be greatly missed. She is currently winding down her practice but is no longer accepting new clients.
With the changes at play, our long-time associate David Honeyman has moved to the exceptional class action firm of Rice Harbut Elliott LLP in Vancouver. David has been with Grace, Snowdon & Terepocki LLP since its inception in 2014, and will be continuing Tonia’s legacy by taking with him our Kent Class Action and APR Class Action files. Further information on those matters can be found on RHE’s website https://rhelaw.com/class-actions/. Tonia will continue to remain involved in the class actions on a consultancy basis.
With the announcement of Tonia’s plans to head towards retirement, the remaining partners Ondine Snowdon and Christopher Terepocki have decided to take the firm in a Criminal Defence only direction. Both Ondine and Chris are senior defence counsel with over 30 years experience combined and will continue to provide exceptional client focused services to those clients facing criminal charges and driving offences.
